FX Licence Check the UAE: terms of use
The rules this site is published under, including the commercial part.
Links off this site
We link to regulators, exchanges, central banks and brokers. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement - least of all when we link to a warning about a firm.
The CMA register and a broker's own terms are the documents that decide the question, so these are the links that matter most here; ours is only a reading of them. In any case where this site contradicts the source, the source is right, and we would like to hear from you.
Where the line runs
- General information about how licensing and trading work
- That is what this site publishes
- A recommendation of a broker, a pair or a position size
- Not here, and not by mail
- Anything adjusted to your income, debts or tolerance for loss
- We do not know them and never ask
- Advice as the CMA defines it
- A regulated activity; we are not licensed for it
Anyone from whom you seek advice should be authorised by the CMA to give it.
Reuse of these pages
Read it, print it, quote it with a link back. Do not republish whole pages as your own, and do not scrape the site to rebuild it elsewhere. We draw the register extracts from public records, and nobody owns them; the writing around them is ours.
Questions about reuse, and anything else about these terms: contact@licencecheckae.com.
| Step | What happens | When |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · You write | The page address and what the correct value is | Any time |
| 2 · We check it | Against the public source you name, not against our own page | Same week |
| 3 · The page changes | The figure is replaced and the page says it was corrected | With the date on it |
A number is never quietly edited to leave the page looking as though it always said that.
No advice is offered here
Everything on FX Licence Check the UAE is general information about how forex trading and broker licensing work in the UAE. This is not financial advice, nor is it a recommendation or an offer. We do not know your income, your obligations or your tolerance for loss, and nothing here is adjusted to them.
Giving investment advice in the UAE is a regulated activity. It falls outside our licence, and we do not carry it on. Anyone from whom you seek advice should be authorised by the CMA to give it.

Where the money comes from
Some outbound links to brokers are partner links: if you open an account through one, we may be paid by the broker. You pay nothing extra, and the payment changes nothing on this site. No firm can pay to appear in the register extract, to be removed from it or to have its status described differently, as the extract is copied from the regulator.
In the markup, every partner link is flagged as sponsored, and a label in front of it indicates where it leads. Brokers are not ranked by us, and we do not sell editorial placement.
| Party | What it sees | Why it is there |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Pages | The request, your IP and browser string, in its own logs | It serves the files |
| The broker, after you follow a partner link | Whatever its own site collects, under its own policy | You left this site |
None of it passes through us, and we build no profile from any of it.
How far the checking goes
Registers change daily, brokers change their terms, and a page is a snapshot of the day it was written. We date what we publish and say where it came from so you can check it at the source, which is the only version that is current.
We offer no warranty that the site will be complete, error-free or uninterrupted. Before you act on a figure that affects a money decision, check it against the CMA register or the broker's own documents.
| What it is | How it is marked | Who pays |
|---|---|---|
| A partner link to a broker | Marked sponsored, behind a label saying where it goes | The broker may pay us if you open an account |
| The register extract | Copied from the regulator | Nobody can pay to be in it, out of it, or described differently |
| Everything else on the page | Not for sale | No editorial placement, no paid ranking |
You pay nothing extra for using a partner link, and the payment changes nothing on the page.
Risk, stated plainly
Leveraged forex and CFD trading can lose you more than a small share of your deposit, quickly. Most retail accounts lose money. A licence means a firm is supervised; it does not mean your money is safe from trading losses, and no page on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
Regulatory supervision and solvency are separate issues from whether a position turns against you. How a firm holds client money, reports and handles complaints is covered by a CMA licence, which says nothing about the market. The arithmetic below determines how long a position survives, and it is identical at every broker: leverage sets the margin, and the margin sets how small a move takes it.
What would make this page change
- An analytics tool, a pixel or a tag manager
- Page changes before it ships, not after
- A form, a comment box or a login
- Page changes, and says what the form stores
- A saved preference, even a harmless one
- Page changes: that is local storage
- A new price or image service called by your browser
- Named on this page, with what it sees
- Nothing of the sort added
- Page stays as it is, and so does the date on it
Everything above is checkable without trusting us: the storage and network tabs of your own browser say what any page here actually does.
What readers ask
No. It is general information. Advice in the UAE is regulated and we are not licensed to give it.
No. The regulator is the source from which the register extract is copied. Being in it, being left out of it, and the wording of a firm's status are not things a firm can pay for.
Yes, with a link back. It is not allowed to republish whole pages or to scrape the site in order to rebuild it elsewhere.
